2. Purpose of the website

This website provides information about events organised by Dusk Events in Segovia (Spain) and enables the online purchase of admission tickets. All events are restricted to persons aged 18 or over; photo ID is checked at entry.

3. Conditions of use

Access to and use of this website implies acceptance of this Legal Notice, the Ticket Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. Users agree to use the website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to access restricted areas, or resell tickets without authorisation.

4. Intellectual property

The “Dusk Events” name, logo, website design, code, images and content are the property of the organiser (or licensed to it). Reproduction or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.

5. Liability

The organiser maintains public liability (responsabilidad civil) insurance for its events in line with Law 7/2006 of Castilla y León on public shows and recreational activities. Statutory consumer rights under the TRLGDCU are not affected by anything on this website.

6. Complaints

Official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available to consumers in accordance with Castilla y León consumer regulations. You may also contact us at info [at] duskevents [dot] com or pursue alternative dispute resolution through the consumer arbitration system (Junta Arbitral de Consumo). Competent courts: those of the consumer’s domicile, per art. 90 TRLGDCU.
