DRAFT — to be reviewed by a Spanish lawyer. Drafted per LSSI art. 22.2 and the AEPD Guía sobre el uso de cookies (criteria in force since January 2024, ref. 05/2024). Last updated: 10 June 2026.
1. What cookies are
Cookies and similar technologies (localStorage, pixels) are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. Some are essential for the site to work; others are used only with your consent.
2. Cookies we use

|---|---|---|---|
| dusk_admin / dusk_validator | Strictly necessary | Staff session authentication (signed, httpOnly) | 12 hours |
| dusk-consent-v1 (localStorage) | Strictly necessary | Stores your cookie choices | Until deleted |

3. Legal basis and your choices
Strictly necessary cookies are exempt from consent (LSSI art. 22.2). All other categories load only with your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). On your first visit you can Accept all, Reject all or Configure — the three options are equally available, and no category is pre-ticked. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer, or by deleting cookies in your browser settings.
We do not use a “pay-or-consent” model. Rejecting cookies does not limit your access to this website.
4. Third parties and transfers
Third-party providers (e.g. Stripe) may process cookie data in the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses — see our Privacy Policyand Stripe’s own cookie policy.
