Refund, Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

The short version

• No 14-day withdrawal right. Tickets are for an event on a specific date, so the legal cooling-off period does not apply (art. 103.l TRLGDCU). All sales are final.
• If we cancel:automatic full refund of the ticket face value to your original payment method within 14 days — you don’t need to do anything.
• If we reschedule:your ticket stays valid for the new date. Can’t make it? Request a face-value refund at [info@____________] within [14] days of the announcement.
• If we materially change the event (venue, headline format): you may request a face-value refund.
• Not refundable: travel, accommodation, and any costs beyond the ticket price.
• Refused entry for being under 18, intoxication or breach of venue rules is not refundable.

How refunds are paid

Refunds always go back to the original payment method via Stripe. Bank processing usually takes 5–10 business days after we issue the refund.

Write to [info@____________]. Official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available, and you may use the consumer arbitration system (Junta Arbitral de Consumo). Your statutory rights under Spanish consumer law are never affected by this policy.
