Ticket Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. Parties and organiser identity
Tickets are sold by Francesco Mazza(autónomo), trading as “Dusk Events”, NIE [____________], address [____________], Segovia, Spain, email [info@____________] (the “Organiser”), to the purchasing consumer (the “Buyer”). Purchasing implies acceptance of these conditions.
2. Age restriction — 18+
All Dusk Events are restricted to persons aged 18 or over. Valid photo ID (passport, EU ID card, TIE/NIE card or Spanish DNI) is checked at entry. Entry will be refused — without refund — to anyone unable to prove they are 18+, or who is visibly intoxicated, in application of the right of admission under Law 7/2006 of Castilla y León and Spanish alcohol regulations.
3. Prices, taxes and invoicing
All prices are displayed in euros and include IVA (VAT) at the applicable rate ([10% / 21% — to be confirmed by gestoría per IAE epígrafe]) and all booking fees. The total price is shown before payment and confirmed by email (durable medium). An invoice compliant with RD 1619/2012 is available on request at [billing@____________].
4. Right of withdrawal — NOT applicable
Per art. 103.l) TRLGDCU, the 14-day right of withdrawal does NOT apply to leisure-event tickets for a specific date or period. All sales are final except as set out in the Refund Policy (organiser cancellation, rescheduling, or material change).
5. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds
- Cancellation by the Organiser: full refund of the ticket face value to the original payment method within 14 days.
- Rescheduling: tickets remain valid for the new date; if you cannot attend, you may request a face-value refund within [14] days of the announcement.
- Material interruption: proportionate refund if the event is curtailed substantially for reasons attributable to the Organiser.
- Force majeure: the event may be rescheduled; the refund rules above apply.
- Payment processing fees are not charged to the Buyer separately; travel and accommodation costs are never refundable.
6. Tickets, QR codes and resale
Each ticket carries a unique QR code valid for one entry — first scan wins. Keep your QR private. Tickets are personal; unauthorised commercial resale is prohibited and may void the ticket under the right of admission. Name changes can be requested at [info@____________] up to [48h] before the event.
7. Conduct, safety and venue rules
Buyers must comply with venue rules, capacity and security instructions, and accept reasonable security checks at entry. No dangerous items, outside alcohol or illegal substances. Breach allows refusal or removal without refund. Admission conditions are displayed at the venue entrance per Law 7/2006 CyL.
8. Liability
The Organiser maintains the public liability insurance required by art. 6 of Law 7/2006 of Castilla y León. Nothing in these conditions limits statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot be limited by law. The Organiser is not liable for indirect losses or personal property.
9. Data protection and commercial communications
Buyer data is processed per our Privacy Policy (GDPR/LOPDGDD).
Newsletters to customers (LSSI art. 21.2):as a ticket buyer you may occasionally receive emails from the Organiser about similar Dusk Events nights. This does not require your prior consent because it concerns the Organiser’s own similar services; however, you can refuse it at any time and free of charge — by ticking the corresponding box at checkout, by using the unsubscribe link included in every email, or by writing to [privacy@____________]. We never share your email with third parties for their marketing.
10. Complaints, ADR, law and jurisdiction
Customer service: [info@____________] (we answer within [7] days). Official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available. Disputes may be submitted to the consumer arbitration system (Junta Arbitral de Consumo). These conditions are governed by Spanish law; jurisdiction lies with the courts of the consumer’s domicile — it is not displaced by these conditions.
